The Pennsylvania Coalition of Public Charter Schools (PCPCS) is excited to announce the Emerging Leader Fellowship (ELF), will launch Cohort Two during the 2023-2024 school year.

Leveraging support from Pennsylvania’s Charter Schools Program (PACSP) Grant, this tuition-free fellowship will strengthen the state’s charter sector by helping train the next generation of leaders as they prepare to provide their students and families with transformational opportunities.

The target profile of Fellowship participants will be individuals identified by their school's board members as current leaders on the verge of progressing into leadership roles. Candidates must receive an endorsement from their current school leader and board chair. They will be asked to complete a brief application that explores their interest in the program and asks them to indicate the areas in which they’d like to grow professionally before embarking on a leadership journey.

Priority will be given to aspiring leaders within CSP subgrantee schools.
